Laminex Multipurpose and Innovations Compact Laminates are very durable panels with very low VOC’s. Suitable for vertical or horizontal interior applications.
Product Description:
Laminex Multipurpose and Innovations Compact Laminates are made from thermosetting resins and Kraft paper, and manufacturerd under high pressure and termperature. Melamine impregnated papers are used for the decorative surfaces.
Innovations Compact panels have an integrated, decorative surface based on pigmented, electron beam cured (EBC) resins which are resistant to the most aggressive chemicals, and are easy to clean and maintain.
All Laminex Compact Laminates are highly moisture resistant, self-supporting, very strong and can be finished without the need for edging. Highly durable with long life expectancy and reusability.
The cellulose fibre used to make the paper used for Laminex Compact Laminates is sourced from managed timber plantations. Very low levels of formaldehyde are emitted from the laminates and the Panels emit very low traces of VOC’s, with formaldehyde emissions of 0.05mg/m3. Laminex Compact Laminates meet the European standard for E1 (threshold E0) formaldehyde emissions., There are currently no standards for formadehyde emissions in Australian standards for High Pressure Laminates. Heavy metals are not present in the inks used for papers supplied to The Laminex Group.
Laminex Mulipurpose and Innovations Compact Laminates are suitable for horizontal or vertical interior applications, with typical applications including wall lining, tabletops and partitioning.
Laminex Compact Laminates are part of The Laminex Group’s Greenfirst range. Use of this product is likely to contribute to the achievement of Green Star™ credit points.
