Overview:
Low VOC fabric covering for office panels/ workstations, acoustic panels and vertical surfaces, some post-industrial recycled content.
Product Description:
Harmony is a non-woven fabric made utilising some post-industrial recovered polyester fibres. Non-woven construction minimises fray and allows for a quicker transfer of fibre to fabric, ensuring energy efficiency. Fabric does not require foam backing for installation on to panel.
Product has been independently tested to be low VOC. Does not present any health hazard during manufacture, normal handling or use. No spinning of fibre required, no chemicals used, no toxic by products. Dispersed dyestuffs used in dyeing are biodegradable. No scouring is necessary as in wool fabrics. Water used is treated and reused.
No backing requirements ensures completely recyclable if no ahdesive is used in installation. If dry fixed is easily disassembled and reused at end of current life. ‘Lean’ manufacturing systems in place to facilitate waste minimisation in all areas of process. Water used is treated and reused.
