Low VOC MDF, factory bonded, with real wood veneers on both sides made from FSC certified timber and GECA certified. Suitable for interior veneering applications for residential and commercial use.
Product Description:
Laminex FSC™ Timber Veneer Panels, made from E0 medium density fibreboard (MDF) with timber veneer on both sides, and moisture resistant (MR) substrate. Panels are self-supporting and can be cut, edged and assembled using mechanical fixing systems.
Panels are low in VOC and formaldehyde emissions (below E0 threshold), improving indoor environmental quality.
Panel is manufactured from FSC certified (Mixed Sources) MDF and FSC certified timber veneers. Pre-consumer recycled content (60%) and reclaimed wood fibre (40%) are used in the production of the MDF used to make these panels, contributing to the product’s eco-preferred content.
The range is suitable for detailed joinery applications including high quality furniture, feature walls, cabinet doors, shelving and kitchens and other applications for interior residential and commercial use. Product is not suitable for areas of high wear, wet areas, full-sun or exterior applications.

Laying Up-
In any veneering process, attention needs also be paid to the species used in the back veneering. Often the panel layers use cheap rainforest or uncertified veneers on unseen rear faces. This is avoided by Laminex via the use of FSC back-veneers.
