Product Description:

Dulux EnvirO2™ is a premium very low odour acrylic interior paint range. Low VOC content creates much lower emissions and airborne VOC concentrations during application and drying, resulting in very little odour and earlier reoccupation of area after painting. Range is water based, containing less than 2 g/l when tinted with Dulux certified low VOC tinters.

Certified by the Australian Greenhouse Office as "Greenhouse Friendly", all GHG emissions throughout product lifecycle have been offset as per Greenhouse Friendly Guidelines, making the product greenhouse neutral.

Manufacturer claims: Excellent application properties, high opacity and good washability. Semi Gloss suitable for use in "wet" areas.

Minor Issue: Paints contain titanium dioxide at different levels per base paints. In 2006, the IARC reclassified titanium dioxide as possibly carcinogenic to humans (Group 2B). This issue of concern relates to the inhalation of pure powdered and ultra-fine titanium dioxide dust during manufacture, and is not considered a risk during application of paint. Accordingly the sanding, grinding and other occupational production activities of products containing titanium dioxide may present issues if appropriate precautions are not taken. Precautions for workers such as reducing exposure to product in dust form and using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) mitigate potential issues to low risk in accordance with an ecospecifier Risk Assessment.
