1. World Green Building Council launches the Asia Pacific Network
In late 2009, a gathering of SE Asian Green Building Councils including China, India, Sinagpore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Phillipnes and Vietnam met under the auspices of the World Green Building Council and the Australian Green Building Council to form the world's first regional GBC partnership.
ecospecifier was present to witness this important event and discuss the importance of innovative products in implementing high performance low cost green buildings and looks forward to engaging with all Green Building Councils who wish to focus on promoting third party verified and certified green building products.
